Nadeau: Play of the Day KEE 10.14.26
| “PLAY of the DAY” by Brian Nadeau | |
| Date | 10/14/26 |
| Featured track | Keeneland |
| Race number | 2 |
| Race overview | A solid 50k MCL for fm3up at 6 furlongs. |
| Pace | On paper there’s not a lot here, as several are one-run closers with no speed, so being able to be forward seems paramount. |
| Trends | The main track was playing forward up to Saturday, then the rains hit and it was muddy/sealed, so monitor things early in the week. |
| Best Play | #6 PINCH OF BOURBON (5-2): Pace player didn’t fire in an MSW at KD, so draw a line through that, as her prior turf form is solid, and while she’s run just once on the main, she’s bred for it, and Saffie and owners C2 rarely put them where they don’t belong. |
| Bet Types | Aggressive WP bet, and single in the early Pk5, and to kick off the early Pk4 as well. |
| Play of the Day Winners | Kee Meet: 77-17-12-7 ($1.69/$4.93 ROI through 10/11)
Kee POD: 5-1-0-1 ($1.21/$2.98 ROI through 10//11).
