Featured Track/Race:   Keeneland – Race 8

Race overview:  A strong renewal of the G3 Transylvania for 3yos routing on the turf, though #11 CARL SPACKLER (3-1) is a true star in the making.

Pace:  It should be honest, at the very least, as there are more than a few here who want to be close early, which means they could be forced to motor to secure position into the first turn.

Trends:  The ONE SHEET transitions from a GP turf course where you basically have to be close early, to a Kee one where it should play much fairer to all running styles.

Best Play:  #11 CARL SPACKLER (3-1) (turf only): Budding star lost to arguably the best 3yo turfer in the country by a nose on debut then blitzed an overmatched field last time, and while this is a steep rise, it should only be a slight roadblock on his path to bigger and better.

Bet Types:    Aggressive WP bet at 9-5 or better and get some built-in value by singling in the late Pk5/Pk4 as well.
