Consent to a $25 entry fee
Once funds are approved you will receive a confirmation email
Once Team is approved you will receive a selection form via email
You MUST have an active wagering account from the previous month in order to participate
Funds must be available in order to play. Failure to agree to these terms will forfeit your participation! Capital OTB will deduct the $25 entry fee from your account.

We did not make the required Preakness team of 40 to have additional money and wagers, so we are going to conduct our normal Syndicate Special with 20 accts @ $25 each and COTB Bonus of $250 = $750 for Late PK5.
We did a random drawing to determine the 20.
A separate email will be sent out to the Preakness (20) along with withdrawal of the $25 entry fee.
