All participants must have a Capital Bets account, and must wager through their account on the same day of this contest to qualify for any prizes.

• Fill out the entry form below
• When entries close you will receive an email with entries/pp’s and Contest Selection Form
• Player will submit back Contest Selection Form by 11am Saturday 
• Results will be posted and emailed to the players
• Top 3 receive funds into their Capital Bets account
• Winner – 50%, 2^nd place – 30%, 3^rd place – 20% ($350 prize pool)
