Featured Track/Race:   Keeneland – Race 4

Race overview:  A seemingly below average MSW routing on the turf for 3yo fillies, with the proven runners looking uninspiring, and therefore at the mercy of a fresh new face.

Pace:  It looks on the slow side, as there’s not much confirmed on paper, while there are several who want to come from well out of it.

Trends:  The main track has tilted towards speed (which is nothing unusual), though there has been no obvious biases in terms of running styles or paths, while the turf has been on fair side.

Best Play:  #7 UP AND DOWN (7-2) (turf only): Brown returnee hasn’t been seen since a closing 4th turf sprinting in her debut at Sar, gets Irad and Lasix, is bred to love the stretchout, and, possibly as important as anything, meets a group there for the taking.

Bet Types:    Aggressive WP bet at 5-2 or better while getting some built-in value by singling in the early Pk5/Pk4, and to kick off the late Pk5 as well.
