Contest Date: August 29th 2019 – Races 4-9  Saratoga

Capital OTB’s “Beat the Handicapper” Rules

1. Contestants must select the winner of races 4 through 9 at SARATOGA
2. No purchase is necessary for entry into the contest.
3. This is for a specific location – ONLINE during Saratoga.
4. All contestants must be wager and be a Capital Bets account holder to claim any prize winnings. If not, then prize is forfeited.
5. If a player’s selection is scratched or a late-scratch, then they will inherit the post-time favorite for that race.
6. Contestants who have More Wins than the Handicapper will be entered into a random drawing to receive a $50 Capital Bets Deposit. One winner will be drawn.
7. If there is a tie than there is No Winner.
8. Winner must wager on their Capital Bets account on the contest day in order to be eligible for prize winning.
9. Any patron participating in the contest cannot transfer any winnings to another patron. All prizes or winnings are non-transferrable. Employees of Capital OTB are ineligible to participate.
10. Capital OTB Marketing staff has the final say on all rules, decisions and policies pertaining to the “OTB Beat the Handicapper.”
