All Capital OTB winning tickets purchased in 2019 must be cashed by Tuesday, March 31, 2020 pursuant to NYS Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law §529.

Mail in your 2019 winning ticket(s) for cashing on time!

  1. Keep a record of all ticket details including ticket i.d. #, payout amount, etc.
  2. Include a note with your 2019 ticket(s) with your proper name, phone # and address where to mail your check.  The check will be made out to the name you provide in your note.
  3. Mail to: Capital District Regional OTB, Attention Customer Service, 1629 State Street, Schenectady, New York 12304 (certified insured highly recommended).
  4. Wait for your check to be mailed to you.
