A Message from Capital OTB’s President:
We at Capital District Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation have a social and business responsibility to promote responsible gambling in the New York racing industry. As such we realize that sometimes recreational gambling can become a problem for some people. We promote responsible gambling and support assistance for those who need it. If you believe that you or someone you care about has a gambling problem we can help. Please contact the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse at 1-877-8-HOPENY (1-877-846-7369) or visit their website at http://www.oasas.state.ny.us/pio/needhlp.cfm.
Additionally, individuals can participate in the New York State Gaming Commission Statewide Voluntary Exclusion Program.
