This Handicapping Contest takes place on Saturday, July 13th at the Clubhouse Race Book in Albany. Click Here to get directions.

There is a $100 Entry Fee per person and more than one entry is allowed. All funds received from entry fees will be distributed as prize money and prizes. Maximum of THREE entries per person.

CONTEST FORMAT: Each contestant will make ten (10) $2 win and place wagers on one (1) horse per race on tracks mentioned below. Win wagers are capped at 20-1 ($42) and place wagers at 10-1 ($22).

CONTEST PAYOUT: Winner – 50% of the remaining pool plus 20 pts towards “Player of the Year”, Runner-up - 25% of the remaining pool plus 10 pts towards “Player of the Year”, 3rd – 12.5% of the remaining pool plus 7 pts, 4th – 8% of the remaining pool plus 3 pts, 5th – 4.5% of the remaining pool plus 1 pt.

CONTEST TRACK: Belmont, Monmouth, Hollywood

“Player of the Year” points will be available on all contests in the 2013 Handicapping Series. A “Player of the Year” leaderboard will be posted every week, under Capital Bets Online Contests, at www.capitalotb.com.

Capital OTB employees, vendors, or contractors are ineligible and cannot participate in the contest. All prizes are non-transferrable.

Check in between 11am-1:00pm on July 13th at the Clubhouse Race Book. You can pay at the door, but is recommended to pay in advance if possible.
